1. Purpose

This Site is a humor-based wall where users can pay for a slot to upload an image (e.g. of a friend, relative, colleague, partner, etc.) as a prank on them. The site content is entirely user-generated. We do not manually review, endorse, or verify uploaded content.

2. User-Generated Content

You, the uploader ("User"), are fully responsible for the content you upload.

By uploading an image, you warrant that:

• You own or have legal rights to publish the image.
• Everyone depicted has given you explicit consent to publish their image on this site.
• Your upload does not infringe on privacy, intellectual property, or defamation laws.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the uploaded image on the Site.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, particularly when notified that it violates someone's rights.

3. Automated Moderation

To help maintain a respectful environment, we use AI-based content analysis tools during image upload. These tools automatically scan images to detect and block content containing nudity, sexual content, minors or babies, or offensive symbols.

While we strive for accuracy, automated moderation is not perfect. We are not liable for any content the AI fails to detect, but we will remove any violating images promptly once we are notified or discover them during our regular reviews.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or process payment card data on our servers. Stripe's processing terms apply (https://stripe.com/privacy).

We only retain transaction IDs necessary to link the image to a payment record for audit and compliance purposes.

5. Email Collection

We collect your email solely to:

• Link uploads to payments and images for accountability.
• Contact you about your upload (e.g., moderation or takedown).

Optionally, you may provide the email of another person to send them a "funny note." This email will only be used to deliver that message and not stored for marketing.

6. Content Removal

If you appear in an image and want it removed, please use the takedown form on our Contact page. We will remove the image promptly upon verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any content uploaded by users.
• You agree to indemnify and hold the Site harmless, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your uploaded content.
• We provide this service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
